    I have several New Year’s resolutions mulling about in my head. First I want to be healthier. I should exercise more and eat better. I want to volunteer a day a week at a senior center, or the hospital. Just bring a little bit of cheer to those that might not have tons. Cheers to having a great 2014.

    I know it’s what everyone says but I am going to lose weight this year. I lost about 20 pounds last year but my knee is not doing well and the doctor thinks I can get it back to normal with losing weight and exercise. So I am committed to do just that because I don’t want my knee to slow me down.
