You know I never thought about needing a fridge to put sodas in. When I was given the opportunity to review the NewAir AB-1200BP 126-Can Pepsi Beverage Fridge I thought okay. After all it might be something fun and in the end if it wasn’t something I liked I knew my brother would. What I didn’t expect or anticipate was that this little fridge would be the talk of the not only my family but the neighborhood. We received it a couple of days before Christmas and it took a day to get it out of the box because I was so busy. Once it was where I wanted it to go, I texted my brother a picture.
That picture made the rounds to all of the family and I had everyone calling to ask me where I got it from and if they could have it. Some even asked if it was their gift from me. Uh NO! My brother however told me I had the wrong brand of products in there (you will see in a minute.)
The NewAir AB-1200BP 126-Can Pepsi Beverage Fridge has adjustable shelves that make it perfect. We didn’t adjust the shelves right away because they were perfect the way they were for us. It has a light on the inside and an adjustable thermostat. A little note, I turned the thermostat all the way up at first. The sodas got super cold but the water actually got cold enough to freeze. So I would suggest turning it all the way up to get it cold then adjust the temperature to fit your needs.
As you can see there is this great vintage Pepsi logo on the top and sides. It has a vintage police office head on there as well. The front is black and blends in well with any decor. We actualyl put ours under the island off to one side. It fit perfectly and looks great there.
The logo is also on the front door. It doesn’t take away from the fridge in any way.
As you can see we loaded it down with soda (you can see what I mean about the different brands.) I also put water in the very bottom. I don’t know if that will always be in there or not but it works for now. In the picture above there are 3 Pepsi 12-pack cans, 1 Coke 12-pack cans, and 6 bottles of water. Now as I said the shelves adjust, so I could move a shelf or two and have the water bottles stand up. I could put in bottled sodas. Also I want to let you know that a two liter bottle will lay down on the shelves as well.
That cup is a running family joke. Growing up anytime we were at the base where my father was stationed there was always a cup or container in the fridge in the shop he was in. It was so you could put money inside to help buy more sodas. My cup got a bunch of IOU’s that the kids keep writing.
FINAL THOUGHTS
I have kept more than just sodas and water in this fridge. Right now there are juices and water in the bottom rack. There are also those punch drinks for the kids on one of the shelves now. This makes my life so much easier as I said. It was certainly the item that I didn’t know I needed. That top shelf that had only cup had since become the home of Ma’s chocolate candy. It keeps it from melting and where she can find it easily. The biggest plus has been the kids can get drinks from the NewAir AB-1200BP 126-Can Pepsi Beverage Fridge instead of the large fridge. We keep medicine in the large one that has to stay cold. Opening and closing all the time can warm the medicine up.

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I wouldn’t mind one of these but I would use it for water and juices, I don’t drink soda or pop.

This is so cute. We would probably store water and protein shakes in one if we had it. A great way to free up some space in the big fridge.

Never thought I would want something like this … but now I do. How many fridge opens would it save over a year! Pay for itself that way.
