NIV Faithgirlz! Bible

The new Faithgirlz! Bible was developed especially for girls ages 9 to 12. This compact edition does not include the in-text features that the full-size edition has, but it does have twelve full-color pages of Faithgirlz! fun, the words of Christ in red and a ribbon marker. An ebook version is also planned for electronic use.

 

I love this Bible! The fonts are so pretty, as are the colors,so much so that I wanted to keep this bible for myself instead of giving it to my daughter. There is just so many things to love about this bible. The extras are perfect for girls of any age. My favorites are the Oh, I Get It! boxes. How many times do we read the Bible and just come out of it not fully understanding what we just read? And not just that, but it also serves to expand on the text of the Bible. It definitely makes the Bible more understandable for a tween girl. I gave this to Victoria and she read the entire thing (cover to cover) in two days. When I asked her why she did that, she said “I just couldn’t put it down. It was the best story ever!” She takes it with her to church every Sunday and I find her reading it again and again.
