October 2018 Forecast

It has been a few months since I did any sort of forecast or monthly review. I have been busy and to be honest I wasn’t sure if these were things that I wanted to do anymore. However as I sit here trying to get all of work for the day done (and being a bit behind which happens on the first because I spend the mornings taking Ma to deal with her monthly finances) I thought I would do one. I’m sure you all have noticed things looking a bit different. In true Rita Reviews fashion I promise that there will be a post all about it, my thoughts, where I am at with and one of biggest giveaway of the year so far. I say so far because over the next three months there are going to be several big ones. I spent the entire summer planning and thinking about what it was I wanted to do. One of the things was a few big giveaways to end the year with a bang. Of course there is so much more! Because of the OCD I feel as though I am always planning and then planning some more. 

One thing you will certainly see this month is a Behind the Scenes: Holiday Gift Guide Edition. Every Friday I will do a post sharing with you all of things going on as we get ready for our 2018 Holiday Gift Guide. This year is going to be huge and I already have several items  that I am excited about. We are adding to the guide everyday so watch for it to begin on November 1st!

A lot of this month here at home will be us getting ready for the holidays. They are such a big deal for us so making sure that the blogs are ready as well as the family being ready is important. Speaking of ready! I am beyond ready for the fall weather to finally get here. It is still pretty warm here. We never get super cold (well, not very much) but we certainly get out of the nineties. I want to sit on my porch in the mornings and have my tea without breaking into a sweat. Not to mention taking pictures is so much easier when you aren’t sweating and need a second shower as soon as I get done.

You can take a look at what we already have and see what items you are looking forward to this year. I am also going to updating it a bit this month. You may see a series of plain white posts and then I am going to start using my brand colors more. At least that is the hope for that this month. I still haven’t figured it out yet.
