Today is the travel day for our vacation this year. I know! We are taking it rather late in the season but that is just how it worked out. I am super excited about this particular one because it will be one that I end up spending a lot of time alone. Wait! You mean you don’t want to spend time with the kids?
That is not it at all. I am spending some time on my on while the kids spend time with their father. It is not a big deal and I plan on recharging and doing nothing in particular. I don’t have to be up at any certain time. All I have to do is take care of the pets and enjoy myself.
I plan to take each day as it comes. No plan or reason for anything I do. What does all of this mean for the blog? If you have been with me through previous vacations then you know not much. One thing it will mean is fewer reviews. There will still be plenty of posts and as you can see if the sidebar there are still plenty of giveaways scheduled.
Other than that is also means that I will be responding to emails a little slower. In fact if you email today then you will not get a response since by the time I get to where I am going I will be give out from all of the driving. I will still check them once or twice a day but that is all.

I am getting a late vacation too. Not until October this year, but a real fall in the mountains and with cool weather.
