Oh sweets! What is better than sweet? I know getting them in the mail from an absolutely sweet company like Orange Glad! Orange Glad are the sweet ambassadors who bring you the treats from some of the most wonderful bakeries. When I say wonderful I do mean wonderful. These are most definitely grow up sweets and not your average cookies.
I received a box that had the following in it:
- A Valentine Sugar Cookie from A Couple of Squares
- Almond & Dark Chocolate Wafers from Desserts on Us
- Belgian Milk Chocolate Square on a Spoon from Chocomize
- Chocolate Heart Lollipop from Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolatier
- Coconut Macaroons from Renaissance Kosher Foods
The wafers barely made it into the house before they were gone. They were so good, imagine a super thin toffee bar that just melts in your mouth. Sounds delicious right? The cookie was Ma’s favorite, it was a shortbread sort of cookie and she loves shortbread. All of the treats were just so delicious and I loved the chocolate square on a spoon. You put in a mug of milk and microwave then stir until the chocolate melts and you have gourmet hot chocolate.

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

A sampling of sweets? What could be sweeter indeed. This looks like a great way to try out new bakeries that you would’ve otherwise not known about. They look fabulous and definitely not fat free. I never understood the fat free dessert concept. A contradiction of terms, in my humble opinion.
Anyway, looks yummy!
