Organizing with Shoplet and Smead

As a blogger having a supply of office supplies on hand is a must. This time of the year it is important to have all of my tax needs ready and on hand. Not to mention all the stuff that I need for the kids homeschool work plus several other projects that I have going on right now. That is why I was thrilled with all of the Smead products that Shoplet sent me because they most everything that my office needs and trust me we are always in need of something.

 

12-Pocket Stadium File
The 12-Pocket Stadium File is perfect for all of our daily homeschool needs. Since it sits right on my desk I can put each day’s work right into a section and then pull it out when I need it.  It is also perfect for the outgoing mail and other important information to be right there on hand. It has really come in handy and I am not sure how ever did without it.

Smead SuperTab File Folder
The Smead SuperTab File Folder is perfect for me because I write really big and there never seems to be enough room on the tabs for me. I like knowing that when I put the folders into my filing cabinet that I can read what is in each as I go along.

3-in-1 SuperTab Section Folders
The 3-in-1 SuperTab Section Folders are my favorites because they have pockets!  I am using these for my tax records because I can slip receipts and such in the pockets and not have to worry about anything falling out. They file away in the filing cabinet easier and keeps everything organized and handy.

  1. This time of the year I’m always frustrated with myself. Get yourself organized. So, then I clean up after myself and get the taxes done and get everything set up for next year. Do well, for about half a year and then quit filing. Why? Why? Lazy… 🙂 Just don’t tell the hubby! He is a master at being organized!

    • I promise that I would breath a word to your hubby! Your secret is safe with em! I am super organized or at least I try to be most of the time.

  2. This post is a reminder that I need to organize all my office paperwork, it is all scattered everywhere, I need something like the Stadium File to get it all together, but I think I need something bigger, but I also probly need to shred a lot too. Love the color folders too!

  3. Being organized is a must have when your running your business, you need to know where documents are and have them available…I dislike tax season…lol
