Otterbox Review

Feb 13, 2013 | Rita

Chances are you probably have heard of Otterbox and if not then where have you been? Just in case you are one of the few people who have not heard of them then, Otterbox was founded in 1998 and built on the ideals of perseverance, hard work, and creativity. What is not to love about a company like that?

Otterbox Chairman Curt Richardson wanted to create cases dedicated to all klutzy, spontaneous, chaotic, graceless individuals who have broken a device or valuable due to their active lifestyle. He must of had me in mind because I cannot begin to tell you how much of a workout my cell phone insurance has gotten over the years.

Tablet without Otterbox

Known for their durabitlity Otterbox is the #1 selling case for smartphones!Just about everyone I know has an Otterbox on their phone. If you drop your phone Otterbox will protect it as well as protect from dust and scratches. Otterbox also has tablet cases like the one I received. I was really thrilled about it because I have actually dropped my tablet twice and just been lucky that t didn’t break.

Otterbox

Now with the Otterbox on it I feel much more secure knowing I am least likely to break it when I drop again and again. If you are worried about your electronic devices then you need to check out OtterBox online, the OtterBox Facebook page and @OtterBox on Twitter.

Thanks to Otterbox and Mom Bloggers Club for providing me a case for this Otterbox review. Opinions are my own.

These are such wonderful cases! I have one on my phone and iPad. I feel much more secure letting my kids use my devices with Otterbox!! What would I do without them?!

My husband is also very hard on his phones and has had Otterbox cases. His first one cracked severely, but then again it was dropped a lot, and they sent a new one right out. I think not only does he believe in their product but also in their customer service. Since the first one about 3 or 4 years ago, it has been Otterbox all the way. Now, we need to get for the kids. Teenagers have “trendy’ and colorful cases but after they crack their gadgets and learn they either have to go without or fork over the money for their damaged device, they will for sure be begging for Otterbox too!

Graceless and Klutzy…. how did you know my middle names? 😉 these are really cool…. I wish I would have had one of these about three months ago when I let my hubby burrow my iPad and dropped and broke it 🙁

I would look into this if I didn’t already have a nice case provided by my workplace. Sounds like a good product!

I don’t have a smart phone, but knowing what my regular phone has gone through, I feel like these products were made for me specifically. I will have to remember Otterbox for when I do switch over to the smart phone because I will surely need a case.

I need this for my son. He is so hard on his cell phone. He is always dropping it. He even once drove over it. Don’t ask me how, he just did.

Wow, I did not know what Otterbox was until you explained it in this blog post. What a great product, and I will have to look into getting a laptop case protector!

I have heard such good things about the Otterbox cases for phones but had no idea that they made iPad cases too. I would really love one for my iPad because it goes everywhere with me!
