Outlander Withdrawal Week 1

Okay to say that I love Outlander is a bit of an understatement! It is the one show that I watch every week and was surprised that I enjoy as much as I do. I started watching it for work of course, writing a review of the first two episodes. It actually only took one episode to get me hooked and now every week (except when the cable company pulled a fast one on me) I tune in. However after last week’s mid-season finale there won’t be any new episodes until April 4th! I know, right?  That’s 25 more weeks to have to wait, what is a girl to do?

When I first heard about this my reaction was more like:

 

 

After some rational thought and a brief little incident:

I am now much more rational and figured I better have a plan to survive! So what will I be doing for the next 25 weeks of purgatory?

 

 

I will checking out Outlander Kitchen and sharing pictures of anything I make with you not to mention watching and rewatching the past eight episodes because I have a DVR and if anyone erases them I am going to break their fingers!  I also thought I would take this time and work on losing a little weight. After all, why not? There will be plenty of time to get out and about more, the weather will be much nicer (because it has felt like purgatory in the South this summer) and mostly because I want to. At the end of the 25 weeks I will let you know how it  went and will post before and after pictures too.
