I’ve done more than my fair share of entertaining having such a large family and I always want to do all the cooking and prep myself. The thing I hate the most is realizing at the last-minute I forgot something, which I why I was particularly excited to get to review the party planning checklists from the Theme Party Queen.
I had never heard of her website before, but I am glad I did. Her checklists include a menu plan (that includes up to 3 days if you’re hosting a multi-day affair), a plan to prepare your recipes, grocery list, table seating and layout planner all bundled up in one convenient pdf file.
These would be useful for planning everything from a small dinner party, to a bridal shower, to a birthday party. They provide all the essentials you need to be prepared and get everything in order ahead of time, so you can sit back and enjoy the experience the day of the event.
These checklists are clean, easy to use, and help you remember all those little details you might otherwise forget (like where to put the trash cans). My only issue is that because they are in pdf format, you cannot resize the cells in the checklists and they are on the small side if you have detailed instructions, long names, or complicated recipe preparation. However, this could easily be remedied by attaching supplemental pages behind them with more details.
Here’s the best part – you can get them FREE. All you have to do is provide your email address via the Theme Party Queen website here or “like” the Theme Party Queen page on Facebook.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
