Over the years I have used many different planners and setups. Some have worked, some have been a waste of money and my time. Some I swore I was going to use every day in every way. Only to discover that after a week I was over it. I have also spent time going all digital. That drove my OCD nuts! This year I decided I need to do something different. I honestly wasn’t sure just what I wanted to do until Passionate Penny Pincher reached out to me through a mutual contact.
It was like the sign needed to attempt to get my stuff in order. When they asked what I wanted to check out in their line I knew right away I would be selecting one of their planners. They actually have two planners but I selected the 2024 Home Planner rather than the business one.
Why the Home Planner?
2023 I began using a faith based planner but discovered quickly that it didn’t work well for me. It had more faith pages than actual planner pages. While I loved the faith pages for the most part I was needing a planner. When I tried to add in everything I needed there was never enough room. I ended up not using it at all.
I needed something that would allow me to get not only my home life in order but my work life as well. Nothing seemed to be working anymore. I am not even going to show the desk drawer full of sticky notes and notes written on pieces of paper that I ended up with. So when I looked at Passionate Penny Pincher planners I selected the Home Planner because I felt it would give me everything I needed.
There is so much to love about this particular planner but let me say that I love the Helpful Hints and the How to Use Section at the beginning. It gives me what I need to know how this planner is intended.
There are also two pages of stickers for me to use. Another thing that is just so helpful and I love that they don’t charge extra for them. I also love that they are at the beginning rather than the end of the planner. I forget about them when they are at the end.
There are plenty of helpful checklists at the beginning of the planner as well. Like this Weekly Home Project Schedule. Things that we all need to do weekly but never remember to do until the last minute.
There is also a Bill Payment Schedule which I am using to keep track of a few bills I want to pay off next year. Medical bills pill up and having a place to put them all is so helpful. There is a budget at the end of each month as well. You will be seeing it in future posts.
A pretty quote at the beginning of each month. Now the Passionate Penny Pincher 2024 Home Planner is faith based but not so overwhelming. In fact, the quotes and daily scripture reading are the biggest things you will notice.
The Monthly Spread I am using to keep up with a monthly meal plan ( I shop monthly so it helps to write it down), Monthly Reading Challenges, and other notes like travel, etc. I promise there will be much more of this to come.
At the top of each Weekly is this handy Daily Chore list that I am hoping will help me have a much more productive year. There are so many things that I forget to do or end up trying to get done all in one day. I am hoping this will help me get it together.
There are also little chores for me to check off each day. Not to mention a place to put what we are having for dinner, something I am grateful for, daily scripture reading, and what I spent for the day.
I can tell you now that the 2024 Home Planner is going to be the planner for me. This is just the first post in my 2024 Planner series that I will be doing. I plan to update you every so often on how well it is working and what I am using it for now. Be sure to get yours today and follow me both here and on social media as I share my new Passionate Penny Pincher Planner!
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I need this in my life. There are many to do lists all over my house and I want to redo them constantly taking up too much of my time.
