Photo Sharing Made Easy with Lifeables

Sep 20, 2012 | Rita

How many photos do you have on your computer and within your social profiles? I bet you have a lot as I do. My computer is cramped packed with photos and I really haven’t found the best way to share them with my family and friends that I really like. That was until I was introduced to Lifeables!

Lifeables is a new service that allows you to collect all the photos, social posts, comments, and more to tell the story of your child’s life. Lifeables will search Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or you can upload from your computer and mobile phone. Using the service is free as long as you don’t exceed 5GB (you can get 20GB for $20/year) and very easy, all you do is create your account and link your social media.

Once your account is created you add in your children and you don’t have to add just children. I added my nieces, nephews, brothers, and more. You can fill in their information such as their birth-date, nickname, your relationship with them and what they call you. You also have the option of keeping things private or sharing.

You can organize your pictures, view and share them, even create Lifeables which are like scrapbooks to share. You will soon be able to create keepsakes and more. This has become the place that I store all of my pictures because I know that memories will be safe although I am going to have to buy some more memory soon.

My sister and I have sharing pictures and have discovered that there are some from our childhood that would rather no one ever see but it is so great trying to remember the dates and places while we are creating the visual storybook of our childhood. Lifeables makes all of this happen so beautifully and easily. I cannot wait for the keepsakes to become available because I am going to need a lot of them.

That is a really good idea. I have pics from Facebook, but also from some photo sharing sites. This would bring them together.
