Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Crust Big Game Gift Pack

Feb 25, 2013 | Rita

PillsburyArtisan

This was actually something that we were able to review for the Superbowl Game but then as you all know my health caused me to fall way behind.  Pizza is one of those great foods for football get togethers or any other big, fun day. We make our own pizza from time to time so when I was offered the chance to try  Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Crust with Whole Grain I was super thrilled. Here is a little about the crust:

  • With 16 grams of whole grain per serving, it´s a great Big Game option
  • Now available in the refrigerated section of your local grocery store

BigGamePrizePack

We were sent this great pack that included a coupon to pick up some Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Crust with Whole Grain dough so that is what we did. I will say this, one tube is really not enough for a large pizza. You can get maybe a small out of it so you really need more than one tube. The pizza was so wonderful, we could not have been happier.Check out some of the recipe ideas on the Pillsbury website and be sure and click here to download a printable coupon for $1.50 off one package of the new Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Crust with Whole Grain.

Disclosure: The product, gift pack, information, and additional sample have been provided by Pillsbury through MyBlogSpark.

I’ve tried this and it is good. Tasty, and healthy. I agree about the size, unless you want a really THIN THIN crust.

I really need to try their pizza crusts. When I make mine I usually get the boxed kind. I’m sure this would be so good and so easy!

I have used this in the past and it makes great pizza. My kids love the crust, I just don’t tell them it’s also good for them. 🙂

I need to try this. I have made my own crust from scratch and I’ve bought dough balls from the deli, but this would be great to have on hand for a “let’s have pizza” spontaneous request from this kids.

The kit is cool, but not a fan of Pilsbury… It probably saves a lot of time when time is a precious commodity.

We love making homemade pizza at our house too. The fact that this is whole grain makes me really happy. I love anything that’s whole wheat or whole grain. I can just imagine the delicious crust now! Thanks for sharing the tip about size proportions, and for the coupon!

We have pizza at least once a week with our kid sport schedule, it is an easy fix. This looks much healthier than the frozen pizza option though. I’d like to try this. Not sure if they would like the whole grain but I am all about getting them to eat healthier.

It’s funny – I have only ever used Pillsbury pizza dough to make our pizzas even though I have always said I was going to make my own dough. That has yet to happen. But you are right – the dough works great for pizza! This kit looks super cute!
