We love pizza at our house and will make in a variety of different ways. I love making homemade pizza because I can control want goes into and on it so much more. I have made pizza on the grill a couple of times but when I saw this book on NetGalley I was curious as to what sort of variety there could be. 

About the Book

My Thoughts 

The Pizza Sections are divided by 1) The Classics 2) Marvelous & Meatless known as Veggies 3) Seaworthy which includes Crab, Lobster, Clams and Shrimp 4) PorkiliCious 5) Tastes like Chicken 6) Big & Beefy which includes Steak, Bacon Cheeseburger, Marsala Meatball, Mo’roccan, Greek & Gaucho 7) Morning Glories known as Breakfast and 8) Sweet Thangs. Which I really enjoy because it makes deciding on a pizza so much easier. I can just go to the section I am in the mood for. I love that there are gluten free options if that is something that you need. It is helpful and since we sometimes eat that way it makes things easier. This is a book for all you foodies out there and I am thrilled to have it as a part of my collection.
