Prayer is a powerful tool! I will say that again…..Prayer is a powerful tool. That is something I didn’t always realize but now I do. Sometimes it takes going through a kit to bring you to your knees and then you begin to pray. From the moment you start that pray God hears you and begins working.
Realizing that God loves us even when we don’t pray is just as powerful. This week know that I am praying for each and every one of you. Also I ask that you all take a little time and pray for the tornado and tsunami victims. They need our prayers so much and a small prayer costs us nothing.
Have a truly blessed week!
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

PLEASE pray for me! My health (mental and physical) is taking a nose dive. I so want to be able to spend time with my family during these holidays. Not be in the bed sick as I was last year. Pray also for the researchers to find a cure for Lupus soon enough to help me. Thank you.
Rita says
Robin,
You are in my prayers always. I pray that God heals you and grants you peace.

I would just ask for everyone to send an extra prayer out to those people suffering from illness and depression. The Holiday season is a very difficult time for those who are dealing with their health issues.
PS: Robin I will say a prayer for you. Lupus is a very difficult disease. to battle. My sister has it also. .

Please pray that my daughter would get some playing time on her college basketball team. It is so difficult for her to not get any time at all.
Rita says
I will pray for her. I know how hard it can be for children to never be included when they want to so badly. Who knows maybe they will put her in and she will score the winning basket.

I am actually in the process of maybe getting a new job. I have been with the same company for 16 years so this transition will be a big change and maybe difficult. I ask for a prayer that I get the new job and the transition is smooth.
Rita says
Nancy,
I will be praying that you get your job and everything goes smoothly for you.

God is great and so is the power of prayer, I have a story (much too long to post here) and I have been blessed with the power of prayer
Rita says
I could not agree more.

Ditto to what Tammy said. It’s not always the most wonderful time of the year. For many of us, there’s an empty place at the dinner table, and in our hearts.
I have depression…and some days it has me.

I would love prayers for family and friends that have lost their homes last weekend with the tornado that hit our community. Pray for the volunteers that they keep safe while helping with the clean up. Pray and Give thanks for all the generous help that is being received from all over. And that everyone as a safe holiday.

Please pray for my husband. He is under an incredible amount of work stress. He is doing everything he can to make it better but he feels like he is losing the battle. I hate to see him like this.

I believe strongly in prayer and have seen my prayers answered YEARS later, but answered, so I go on praying. I could be stronger in my prayer time right now, but I’m still taking the time and that’s what matters.
