Once again I have another amazing Precious Moments figurine for you all. This one is their limited edition 40th Anniversary sculpture and I must say it is the largest that we have received so far.
The Precious Moments “Blooming With Friendship For 40 Years” Limited Edition Bisque Porcelain Sculpture celebrates Precious Moments 40th Anniversary of course. Inspired by Precious Moments founder Samuel Butcher’s daughter it features a young Debbie sharing forty beautiful roses from her flower cart. On a side note (in case you were thinking about ordering) this is packaged so well. It took me a couple of minutes to get it out of the box because the Styrofoam was well placed.
Isn’t it simply beautiful? We had to get a new shelf for this one to go on because it wouldn’t fit int he smaller shelf that we had been using. This sculpture has been meticulously crafted in bisque porcelain and individually hand-painted. Not to mention that Precious Moments stands the test of time with new functional and modern-day collections that fit today’s lifestyle. I know that Ma loves it and this is one that I would have gladly paid retail ($199.99) for. I love the colors of the flowers. They are so real looking, like you could just reach and grab a bunch of them. I have had real flowers that didn’t have such vibrant colors. Can’t you just see this little flower cart in a market? We have a small market here in the summer and I could easily see this there.
I can’t believe that Precious Moments, the world’s most inspirational brand, celebrates 40 years of love this year! It’s seems like only yesterday that they just came out. Of course I was only two at the time but I can remember them always being in our home as I was growing up. In fact I can remember my grandmother having one of their very first items. They have been with my family for almost my entire life. I can remembering receiving a figurine at several important events in my life. I am thrilled to say a few of them I still have while there are one or two that have been lost along the way.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.
