The 80’s was one of the best times to be alive. Anyone who lived through it will tell you it was the best era for so many different reasons. But one of the best has to be their fashion. American 80’s fashion is just iconic. It was casual, yet cool. There was pressure to show off your figure. And no pressure to stick to the norm. It was a rather daring time in terms of fashion. The bolder you were, the better you looked. And that’s what we love about this fashion trend that is set to return. If you want to achieve the 80’s fashion look, you have to focus on tight waists, wide shoulders, and long legs. Add a bit of colour and you’ll be rocking the 80’s look. Remember, boots and trainers were the go to footwear for this era.

One thing that is predicted to make its comeback really soon is the smart look. In particular, the long trouser suit look for women. It is one we didn’t think would make a comeback any time soon, but it seems to be coming back better and stronger than ever. If worn right, this can actually make you look amazing. Most of the looks feature high waisted long suit trousers, which do look a lot better. The look is completed with high heels which we love. But it isn’t just the long-line trouser suit making an appearance, the smart casual look is creeping back in as an everyday look. One accessory we’re seeing coming back in full force this year is shoes. By shoes, we mean trainers. Celebrities are really leading the way with this one, but we are also seeing it hit the catwalks as well. There are some big name brands creating the most unique trainers we’ve ever seen. Obviously, you can replace with your own favorite brand if you’re using trainers to complete your look.
