RediCalm Anxiety-Reducing Supplement

Apr 13, 2017 | Rita

How many of you have stress? I know right! My doctor told me to cut my stress levels in half and I laughed and told her I would have to move to a desert island. So when I was asked to try RediCalm I figured why not. After all it couldn’t be worst than the what I was already doing. After all, short of a bottle of wine cause we’ve all been there, I was nervous about what this supplement could do for my stress levels.

[themify_quote]The product(s) mentioned in this post were provided either free of charge or at a discounted rate in exchange for my voluntary review. All opinions expressed are 100% my own and do not reflect those of the brand or anyone else.[/themify_quote]

RediCalm is made with 5 safe ingredients: Ashwagandha, Passion Flower, L-Theanine, Lemon Balm, and 5 HTP. I admit I only know what passion flower and lemon balm are out of those five but hey you learn something new everyday. It is safe and non-habit forming but as with any supplement you need to consult your doctor before you begin using it. Also it is vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO for those who were wondering.

So I began taking one a day each morning like directed. Now if there is a stressful event you can take an extra but I haven’t needed to. I have discovered that the one day helps keeps things level. As someone who was on anti-depressants for a while I can tell you that these are nothing like those. With my anti-depressant meds I always felt like I was walking around in a fog. The greatest day for me was the day I came off them. However without them my stress levels went back up.

With RediCalm I wasn’t in a fog and while my stress levels were gone completely they are more manageable. I don’t feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulder over every little thing. A missed deadline before would leave me reeling. I spoke with my doctor before I started them and now that I have been taking them for almost two weeks. She suggested that I stay on them for a month or two and then we will reevaluate how I feel but that she didn’t see in harm in them. They appear to be helping without the side effects of heavier drugs. I couldn’t be happier.

No I did not. I came off my anti-depressants and haven’t had to go back on them at all.

Really helpful post. I’ve been looking into anti-anxiety supplements lately and this one seems really great. Have you had good results using it?

when you click the offer that says free shipping and $10.00 off, you are sent to also a ‘nite calm ‘ and now you see $79.00
    instead of $39.00
this seems deceptive so i will go else where

I’ve been taking the product for about three days now and have had some nausea that I think is associated with that? Maybe I should speak with my doctor. Any advice? The one who took my order told me to stay on my current antidepressant which is Zoloft 50 mg for a week and then taper off the Zoloft . Maybe the two combined Are causing the nausea?
