I love drinking tea! That is the Southern girl in me. One if my favorite things to do with the girls is to have an afternoon tea (like the British do) because it gives us time to relax and just be ladies. Buddha’s Herbs Teas allows us to indulge this fancy in a variety if flavors.
Buddha’s Herbs sent me their natural slim herbal tea, St. Johns worth tea, Raspberry tea, Chamomile tea, and Green tea with herbs to review. I was surprised to get so many teas. I was thinking I would get like one little box. My favorite tea was the Chamomile tea which is good for helping you relax. I have a cup every night before going to bed to wind down for the day.
The girls loved the Raspberry tea the best. They said it went well with the scones we had for our afternoon tea. All of the teas were very good and while I usually dump a ton of sugar in my tea I found that I didn’t need a lot with any of these teas. They tasted very flavorful on their own without a lot of sugar.

I like this Energy support item as I am WAY low
and I like the Immune support Natural Fish Oil 1000 mg with Omega-3 – 200c. I have been sick almost 4 months straight and hoping something works to get me back to some sort of health.

One thing I like is the Organic Chamomile Tea I could use this when I need to relax which is just about at the end of every day. I also like the Complete Multivitamin for Adults – 200 Tablets as these sound like great multi-vitamins with everything you need.
