You always remember your first! Your first post on websites that it is, had you going there for a minute. There is a new website called This was First that allows you to check out everything that was first on some of the biggest websites. I spent a little time checking this site out and I am here to tell you what I discovered.
The very first post on The White House website was in January 2009 and it was titled Change has Come to Whitehouse.gov, that is interesting. It was something that I didn’t know and I am the queen of dumb information as my brother tells me. But hey I might be on Jeopardy one day and need to know this information!
There is the first item on eBay, the very first Twitter post, the first YouTube video. I could go and on. This is one interesting site. I honestly didn’t even realize that you could look these sort of things up. You can sort through all of the posts or just check out those on Social sites, Blogs, or eCommerce. I think this could be a fun sort of game night. Like everyone gets together and tries to guess the very first item sold on eBay.
How many of you would actually guess the right answer? I know that I wouldn’t have I not looked it up! I also am not going to tell you but let you look it up for yourself. It could also be helpful for children’s school work. Like I said you never know when you may need to know this information. The site is very easy to navigate and I had a blast checking everything out!

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

Wow, I didn’t realize some of these firsts were so recent (The White House), or in other cases, so long ago (Livejournal)! I think this site will be very helpful for trivia! I’ll have to add it as another cool site to spend hours on because I do have a hobby of enjoying new facts and random information!
