With the new year here it is time to make resolutions. I have so many and like most people I know that many will fall by the wayside as the year goes on. However I am still going to make them and try. Here are my resolutions:
In My Life
- To be a better mother and spend more time with my children. I want them to know they are loved no matter what happens.
- To become a stronger woman for myself. To learn to stand on my own two feet.
In My Faith
- To work on my faith and make it stronger than it ever was.
- To trust God in all things.
In My Work
- There are so many different ones. One is to work my set schedule so I can accomplish everything I need to.
- To learn to say no once in a while.
- You can read all my blogging goals over at Rita Reviews.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

This year, I made one resolution – and I made sure to write it in a way that makes it possible to fulfill. In the past, I’ve either not made resolutions, or made vague ones that aren’t easy to measure.
Good luck with yours – and have a Happy New Year!

I have many resolutions that I want to work on. First off simple things like drinking more water, eating better, reading more, and exercising regularly. Then, I want to trust in God more, there have been many bumps in the road this year. It is hard to keep a positive attitude with those, but I am beginning to. A lot of things have gone well as well; so I keep reminding myself of that. It can always be worse, right?
I hope you have success in your Resolutions, Rita.
Have a wonderful new year!

I have never been one to make resolutions really. I have in the past and then never end up keeping them. But I certainly do have things that I should work on. Best of luck with yours!

This year 2013 my goal was to read the Bible in a year. I didn’t quite make it I’m currently on December 1st but I have now read more of the Bible than I haven’t which is a first in my life. In 2013 I read more of the Bible than my entire life put together. This next year I really hope to grow even closer to God.

I think making resolutions is a good thing, I make a resolution and work on it daily, I made a resolution 3 years ago and I carried it into a second year..it felt good to say that I was able to do it and stick to it for almost 2 years even while being sick..wishing you and your family all the best in 2014!

I don’t really make resolutions. I set goals. I find if I set a goal it is easier not to beat myself up if I don’t follow through 100%. It also makes it easier to get going again if I need to. I think your resolutions are great ones. My goal for the new year is try and do something everyday that get’s me moving. It helps my fibromyalgia when I move, but the catch is sometimes I am in so much pain I can hardly walk. So this year I am going to try and push through the pain and just do it.

We make resolutions throughout the year. Ones that we can achieve, and once we do, we make new ones.
