Many times for us women when we dress up we rush to the fancy clothes. You know what I am talking about, dresses, skirts, and the such. However there are many (myself included) who turn to our favorite jeans. Let’s face it jeans can look down right hot when paired with the right blouse and accessories. One thing is certain is that Lee Jeans help me rock my style by being versatile and serving as not only a comfortable clothing option but also a dressy one as well as an edgy one.
Lee Jeans Make Looking Good Easy….
I was sent the Curvy Fit Hailey Bootcut in petite to try out and as always I am loving them. First if your thigh are a little heavy (okay a lot heavy) bootcut is the perfect jean for you. The slight flare heavy bring the eye down and thin you out a bit. One of the great things about all of Lee Jeans Curvy Modern Collection is that they combine modern style with innovative comfort. Okay for me that wonderful word, comfort, is what makes me the most excited. I will honestly say that most days I wear either sweats or leggings because I am usually just at home. I wear jeans when I go out and about and I want them to feel great. These do! They move with me and allow me to bend easily. There is nothing worse than bending over in the grocery store and filling like you can’t breathe.
About the Brand
Founded in 1889 the Lee Mercantile Company began when Henry David Lee opened his first garment factory in Salina, Kansas, producing dungarees and jackets. Now for those of you who don’t know dungarees are what jeans are sometimes called. At least that is why my great-aunt always called them. In 1913 the first ever “Overall” was created along with the Union-All work jumpsuit. In 1920 the Buddy Lee doll was created for promotional purposes but it quickly became a poplar toy. Many new innovations such as the zipper fly was introduced by Lee during the 20’s. During the 30’s and 40’s Lee became the nation’s #1 manufacturer of work clothing. In the 50’s Lee expanded into casual wear. From there they continued to expand to become what they are today.

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I haven’t worn Lee jeans in years. I guess that I should try them again. I have a hard time finding jeans for my age group , that aren’t mommy jeans. My daughter wants me to wear skinny jeans. I live my life in jeans or yoga pants.

I don’t own any Lee jeans currently. I have in the past and like them. I don’t usually own more than 2 pair of jeans because I dress up for work each day so they don’t get much use.

My leans are my favorite pedal pusher jeans. That’s what my grandma use to call them, at least. 🙂
