I don’t know about y’all but I have family and friends all over the world. That is what happens when you are a military brat. You end up with people everywhere. Many of them we haven’t been able to see much because of the pandemic. While others we only see once in a while because we all have lives. That is why gift baskets overseas and what they offer is so important for me right now. Sending gifts directly to the person makes life so much easier. I spent some time recently deciding on who I needed to get gifts for and where they would need to be sent.
I have several friends who are currently pregnant, one of who lives in Japan while another is in Scotland and one in Mexico. I knew there was no way I would be able to attend any of their showers so gift delivery was the only way I would be able to show my love for their bundles of joy. Knowing that Gift Baskets Overseas sends to over 200 countries makes me breathe a little easier.
When it came to the baby shower gifts I needed I was a little torn. I mean do I send a stuffed bear, that by the way was the cutest thing I have seen in a long time, or a full on gift basket? A couple of my friends have no idea what they are having since they wanted it to be a surprise. I’m thinking the super cute bear but that is honestly because I think I want one for myself.
Tradition
My cousin and have a weird tradition of swapping gifts from various countries once a year. Just a way of saying we are thinking about one another and to check in. At the beginning of May we select a country, this year it is England, and then sometime during the summer we send the gift or gifts. I am sending her a Pride of England basket because I know she will enjoy it. It is a little taste of England and will remind her of the trip we took there many years ago.
Father’s Day
Of course Father’s Day is coming up and I have two brothers whom I send gifts to just in case their kids forget. Always sign all of their kids names and honestly they know it is me. I do that for my mother, sister, and sister in-laws for Mother’s Day as well. I don’t want anyone not to get a gift. Sending these to the guys is not as difficult as you think. I send beer or something similar that I know they enjoy. The one guy I have a problem sending gifts to is my ex. However, we have small children and I want them to send me a gift as well. So I bite the bullet and send him one. I will not confirm or deny that his gift basket is smaller than any of the others I send.
Unusual
My niece just got married and they bought their first house. Now, I gave them a nice wedding gift but I was looking for something that would be a good housewarming gift. They are both outdoors people and she doesn’t really cook. It took me a while but I came across a birdhouse that I knew they would both enjoy.
Not to mention the nieces and nephews that have been studying hard, taking tests, and getting ready to graduate this summer and fall. This year has been full of these sort of events as they have work so hard to get here. I remember all nights staying up studying and the sheer amount of food and snacks that I ate. You may remember as well. you know back when we could eat whatever we wanted and stayed the same size.
Birthdays & More
Add in all the various birthdays and holidays throughout the year and you are looking at a woman who could crumble under the pressure. Pressure that only finding the perfect gift baskets to send will ease. Sending gift baskets is one of the easiest gift giving tasks you have these days. You can hop online and in a few minutes have an amazing basket to send to whoever you like, almost anywhere in the world.
Especially when you use Gift Baskets Overseas. I was able to easily take care of several gifts both quickly and efficiently. I know that my recipients will love them and I have piece of mind that everything will be taken of for me. It is one thing to worry about in my schedule schedule. With Sam being ill and the pandemic things have been more than stressful. Many family and friends didn’t receive gifts last year because of that. I didn’t want this year to be the same way.
I know you are thinking, do I really send that many gift baskets? Yep, I actually do. I have some for clients that I work with. I send those out during the holidays and other important events. I work with a couple of authors that get a basket on book release days, and then there is the family and friends I love. I typically send three or four gift baskets a month each and every month. That isn’t counting all the major holidays that I send them out for. So having a place to get all the ones I need and get those gift baskets overseas easily makes all the difference to me. It means that no matter where my family and friends are in the world I can let them know I love them and am thinking of them.
