This month I thought I would go in search of a great bible verse about change and growth. I hope that I have come up with one that you all will enjoy it and that maybe it will somehow speak to you as it has me. I am working very hard to change myself and my life into what I hope and pray is a life that God wants for me. One that I can hold my head up high and be proud of. Life is not always easy and maybe discovering more about myself at this late age is not for the best but I feel as though I am finally coming into my own.
By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place that he was to receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going.[English Standard Version, Hebrews 11:8]
I like this verse because I don’t know where I am going either but I am heading out there and trusting in the Lord to lead me in the direction I am suppose to be going. Who knows maybe this time next year I will know more about where I am heading and the life I am heading towards.

This is a great verse. I think we all have times when we are unsure of where we are headed. It’s our trust in God or yourself that let’s you continue on knowing it will somehow work out.
