Spending time with the kids can be difficult. There are just so many things to do during the day but thanks to Dole Fruit Squish’ems we can share a quick snack time together without having to compromise on time or health. Since there is nothing for me t have to make there is no time involved (other the the couple of seconds it takes for me to grab them.)

Dole Fruit Squish’ems re available in three tasty flavors, each containing a full serving of all-natural fruit, made with fresh apples from the USA: Apple, Apple Mixed Berry, and Apple Strawberry. The Apple Mixed Berry is our absolute favorite one! I love that they are healthy and the kids love how great they taste.

Right now our favorite place to have a Mami and me moment is at the park down the road. Dole Fruit Squish’ems makes this simple because all I have to do is toss them into a bag (because I like to carry a bag) and then off we go. We head down, the kids all play, and then when they are ready we have a little snack. We spend the time talking and catching up on the things that are going on in our day. Dole Fruit Squish’ems gives them something good and gives me a few minutes with them that I may not normally have. For that I am grateful.

  2. I read so many great reviews about the Dole Fruit Squish’ems that I really would love to get some for my kids. Those are perfect for any time and sound really yummy.

  3. I have not tried these yet but I like how easy they are to toss and go. I may have to get some of these for my son’s lunch, hopefully my picky eater would like them.
