Getting fit is not easy. There I said it and I freely admit it. I have tried it all but the fun stuff is what I stick with. Shazzy Fitness are DVDs that feature only Christian music which is a bit of a help for me. I had a DVD that feature rapped music and was fun but the problem was some of the lyrics was a bit much for the kiddos. When they began singing he songs I knew it was time to go! I am not knocking rap, I enjoy it, I just didn’t want my kids using some of the language.
I received 2 Shazzy Fitness DVDs to try out and while it is still early I am enjoying them. In the Beginning is where I am because it is designed for beginners. It is full of family friendly dance moves, Christian music, and a great cardio workout. A Time to Dance is a bit more advanced and one I am working up to. I did watch it though and can tell you hat it is going to be a blast but we all must crawl before we walk and so I will stick to the beginner’s one for a while.

I had never heard of this brand of DVD workouts. I also struggle to find something that is fun for the whole family. This very well might be my next option to try.
