Looking for great traveling clothes at my size isn’t always an easy task. If you don’t already know I am a big girl and no matter how hard I try I can’t seem to get away from that. I have begun to embrace it and am so much happier. When I came across She Traveled I became intrigued by their line of clothing. One thing I love is clothing that is modest but fashionable.
She Traveled gave me that in spades. When She Traveled began they only had one goal in mind. To help young women within the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint feel empowered. Feeling confident while serving their missions is important. For me, I like their clothing and the reason they began the company. As a woman I know how important it is to help my daughter feel confident so they can succeed in life. While She Traveled began to help those within their own faith their motives can be embraced by all.
I received the Cairo Top in white and I must tell you that I felt very worldly receiving it. It reminds me of the top that you would have seen on women who travel the world in movies. Possibly even those on a dig in Cairo. Made from Viscose (Rayon) this top is super soft. Although it does run a bit small in the bust area so be sure to order up a size. I love that She Traveled states that for the customer on their page. Too many companies don’t and we are left returning things.
This is the perfect weekend top with some jeans and boots. It is also great for summer months with a pair of shorts or even some gauzy pants. Tuck it in or leave it out (I don’t tuck ever) and have a fabulous basic piece of clothing. A must have for any travel bag this year. Also I have to give a big shout out to my model! We wear the same size and my arm in a brace since my carpal tunnel was acting up which would make for an ugly picture. It was like forty degrees outside when we did these. I had her out there in short sleeves for two hours, so a huge thanks girl!!
