There are moments when we all need to mix a drink. Now before you all get upset I don’t drink often and I am always responsible when I do. My sister in-law got this awesome shaker for Christmas the year I spent with them and I was jealous. Did I need one? Nope, not at all. Did I want one? Heck yeah! The set comes in the very nice velvet bag that makes storing everything together easy. I love this because I don’t have a place for the set to be out all the time and need to be able to store in my kitchen without it being bang up a bunch or scratched. 

The lid on the shaker fits snugly so you don’t have to worry about anything spilling. However, there is a strainer at the top of the lid so you have to put the cap on it when you start shaking. FYI, I tried to get myself out of the picture but they kept coming up blurry! The shaker itself is stainless steel but not heavy at all. 

The set comes with a jigger which is a measuring cup of sorts. Usually when a drink recipe is calling for parts (for example 2 parts to 1 part) a jigger is the measuring they are thinking of. I use the big end most of the time and save the smaller end for the really strong stuff.

The set also came with two spouts for your bottles. These would be perfect if I was entertaining and needed to make several drinks. It helps with the measuring a lot. Since I only had enough supplies to make one drink I didn’t bother with them for now.
