I love being a Shop Your Way member! I do there are so many advantages and now they have the new Member Assist to help me connect with not only my favorite store but my favorite associate right there on my phone! Using my  Shop Your Way mobile app I simply tap the Member Assist and I can then communicate directly with my  favorite associate at my nearest Sears store.

So now if I have a question about a product I am considering buying or need to know what the best gift to get my brother who is into tools I can ask with the press of a button. I should say with a tap of the app! Doesn’t that just sound amazing? What is even better I can actually share photos so if I have a service question I can take a photo and not keep saying “You know the thing next to the bigger thing.” I can just show them!

How Does it Work?

I know that is the big question! How does this work? It is complicated right? WRONG! Here is all you do:

  • Sign in to your Shop Your Way account via shopyourway.com or the mobile app
  • Choose the Member Assist app
  • Select your local store
  • Choose the store department best suited to answer your question
  • Choose your store associate
  • Text/Message/Request a call from your store associate
  • Store associate will respond to your inquiry

Doesn’t sound too difficult does it? This service is available in more than 400 Sears stores nationwide. Which means chance are it is available at a store near you! So how do you get it? That is easy! Just head over to the Shop Your Way Member Assist app and learn more the Shop your Way Member Assist program.

  1. Sounds pretty cool. I’m a shop your way member, but I don’t have their app. Father’s day is coming up and I usually go to Sears to get the hubby something. I think I will download that app first. Thanks for sharing.

  2. This is so cool! I am a Shop Your Way member and use the online ordering for in-store pickup. So now this will be even better. My husband is always on there looking for new tools and gadgets. He will want to download this for sure.
