Your body, along with all bodies are perfectly amazing for a whole host of reasons and so you should thank your body and show it that you love it. Of course, when referring to thanking, this is not in the literal sense, although you could also do that. Instead, thanking is referring to the ways in which you can take care and treat your body with all the love and respect that it deserves.

1. Dress well
One way in which you can show your body that you love it is by dressing well. What does it even mean to ‘dress well’ you may be wondering … well, it depends on the person! For some people, dressing well means dressing in formal attire. So, for these types of people, wearing formal suits, blazers, dress pants and formal dresses would equate to dressing well. However, for other people, dressing well means wearing outfits that are colour-coordinated and well thought about in advance. Further, for others, dressing well is wearing clothes that they find comfortable, such as joggers, hoodies and blouses – whatever dress well means to you, then do it.
If you love rock bands, then considering purchasing some rock band t shirts, for instance. Why? Because how you dress affect your body. If you dress in a way that you do not like (maybe because you are too tired to think of an outfit), then this can negatively affect how you feel about yourself and your body. So, to best show your body that you love it, clothe it well.
2. Eat well
Another great way to show your body that you love it is by eating a balanced, healthy and nutritious diet. This is because the food (also known as energy and fuel) that you put into your body can massively affect it for the best or for the worst – the choice is yours. If you fuel your body with unhealthy junk food such as fries, processed meats and fizzy drinks, then your body will likely not thank you.
These kinds of foods lower energy levels and often negatively impact upon your health, mental and physical. So, while junk food may make you feel good when you are eating it (it tastes good because of all the fat, salt and sugar within them), shorty after you consume it, you will probably feel not so good. How many times have you really crazed a pizza, for example, and when you are in the process of first eating it, it tastes great, but 30 minutes after, you feel sloppy and regret it? This has surely happened to a lot of people multiple times. This is because pizza and all other junk foods are not great for our bodies. So, if you want to show your body that you love it, you will limit your intake of unhealthy foods.
