When we travel or even just head to the state park the kids get sleepy easily. I don’t want to lay them down on the floor or the ground so what is a mom to do? I now use the PeaPod from KidCo. KidCo has many super useful products for you and your child that I know you will love. Honestly you will think how in the world did you ever live without it before.
KidCo sent me their PeaPod Plus P 4011 to review and it is like a little tent, sleeping mat all in one. When we are out at the park or even in the yard I can set it up and the kids can lay down with no problem or when we are visiting people they can lay down inside and not be on the floor. I am not trying to be mean but I know so people don’t clean their floors every day and I just can’t think of myself laying down there let alone one of the kids.. It protects them from the sun. It is designed for children ages 1-5 but I did climb in to see how it felt and although is was cramped, and we aren’t even going to talk about how I looked getting out, it did feel very cushioned and good.
Setting the PeaPod up was very simple and a breeze. It pretty much just pops up and you are good to go. Taking it down is a breeze as well. You grab the sides and pull it all in together. It fits into the pouch and travels very easily. I can fit it into the suitcase or just in the trunk of the car. I actually keep it in the trunk of the car under the mat inside the spare tire. That way it is always with me whenever I need it.

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

My sister could really use this for my nephew. What a great idea to take this along and baby can sleep anywhere! Awesome product. We can take this to church the beach or to my house!

I bet something like this could come in pretty handy for my boys & Miss R!

This is a great wee thing, could definitely do with this when the little one arrives. Takes to less space than the moses basket would when we travel to Lee’s mum for a visit.

I could have used this when my kids were little. They would try to lay down anywhere. Most of the time I just ended up holding them while they slept.

This is pretty cool! It would have been nice to have something like this when my kids were young. It would make a nice shower gift though. Thanks for the review.

This would be handy to have. Too bad you didn’t take a video of yourself getting in and out of this that would have been fun to watch.

Are these not uncomfortable? I mean aren’t you still sleeping on a hard ground? I can see using them as a safe play area, or even sun shade when outside, but I’m not sold on sleeping in them.
