I don’t know if I ever told y’all but I am a huge Star Wars fan! I have loved these movies since I was a child. I can remember my mother renting them and all of us laying on our parents’ bed as we watched them together. My youngest brother was three maybe. So when I was given the chance to watch SOLO: A Star Wars Story I jumped on it.

MY THOUGHTS
Okay, this movie was good but I had a hard time not seeing Harrison Ford. Even though I know it takes place years before. I will saw that Chewie was awesome! I loved seeing him when they first meet. It shows their friendship as it develops.
I also loved seeing where Han came from and what made him who he ultimately becomes but that is pretty much it. I think it is hard to show a character when you are so use to someone else playing them.
However the kids LOVED this! They don’t have those connections or hangups that I do. They haven’t really seen the other movies cause they don’t like them. I can’t even with them! I mean who doesn’t like Star Wars, bunch little punks! 🙂 The twins loved Chewie as much as I did.
