This may be the last week that I do these this way. I am considering do a podcast or video so you can not only see the word but hear it as well.
continuamente con-tee-nwah-men’-teh (adverb)
continually, constantly (repeatedly); continuously (without interruption)
Examples
1. Está mordiéndose continuamente las uñas.
She is constantly biting her nails.
2. Practicó continuamente su violin por tres horas.
He practiced his violin continuously for three hours.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

Wow, I don’t know how I know this word, but I do! Must have remembered it from High School Spanish Class!

I think a podcast or video series would be a great idea. I learned Spanish in high school, but I’ve forgotten a lot of it.
