The child had woken up with a nightmare, but now he’s sleeping peacefully in his parents’ bed.
2. Estoy tomando un curso en meditación que me está ayudando abordar las dificultades diarias más tranquilamente.
I’m taking a meditation course that is helping me face daily struggles much more calmly.

Thank you for sharing another Spanish “word of the week”. This is a good one and seems quite useful, since I find myself having to communicate that I am in need of calm or peace. Especially, around the holidays, when family stuff gets crazy. 🙂
