This weeks word sort of fell into my lap as I opened a book and there it was. So I thought it was meant to be the word of the week!
noviar (no-vee-r)
English Translation: to go out, especially on a date
Spanish Example: Noviamos desde el 22 de febrero del ’53 por tres años y nos casamos el 12 de febrero de 1956 en la Basílica Catedral.
English Translation: We dated starting on Feb. 22, 1953, for three years and got married on Feb. 12, 1956, in the Basilica Cathedral.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

Wow oh wow! This is a tough one. I am not to sure how I can use it this week. I will have to have my daughter help me. Maybe I will ask my husband out on a date. 🙂
I love Spanish Word of the Week!!

I was hoping there was a sign of something in the word this week. I’ve just had the day from heck (think running out of pizza lunch for elementary kids, to a man falling and passing out on the sidewalk, to working in the rain for two hours). Try as I might (to look for a good sign in the word of the week), it didn’t help today. What’s the word for “ohmygoshnoway”…lol.
