This week’s word is certainly an important one! It is ciertamente see-ehr-tah-mehn’-teh (adverb) which means certainly.
Here it is used in a couple of examples:
1: No sé quien rompió tu taza, pero ciertamente no fui yo.
I don’t know who broke your cup, but it certainly wasn’t me.
2: ¿Ciertamente no cabe duda que el FC Barcelona sea el mejor equipo de fútbol en el mundo?
Surely there isn’t any doubt that FC Barcelona is the best soccer team in the world?
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

Well I certainly don’t agree about FC Barcelona. 🙂 I would say Manchester United. But this is a great word this week. I know that I will be using it with my daughter.
