This week’s word is libremente lee-breh-mehn’-teh (adverb) which means freely. Here is the word used in a couple of examples:
1.) Estando en Wyoming hace algunos años me dio la oportunidad de ver una manada de caballos mesteños galopando libremente y fue algo verdaderamente mágico.
When I was in Wyoming a few years ago I was able to see a herd of mustangs galloping freely, and it was something truly magical.
2.) Una de las grandes virtudes de este país es que tenemos la oportunidad de practicar–o no practicar–cualquier religión libremente.
One of this country’s great virtues is that we can freely practice–or not practice–any religion.

Another great Spanish word of the week! I would see this used especially in biblical contexts, such as “freely you have received; freely give. I looked up Matthew 10:8 en Espanol and it appears a different phrase is put together to communicate this verse.
I could also see it coming in handy in the same context that you mentioned; that of animals running around freely.
