This week’s work is a good one! It is pasar pah-sahr’ (verb) which means to pass; to spend (time) which I think is an amazing word! Now let’s see it in a couple of examples:
1. Esperé más de 20 minutos, pero no pasó ni un solo autobús; finalmente tomé un taxi.
I waited for more than 20 minutes, but not a single buss passed by; I finally took a taxi.
2. Ayer pasamos el día jugando en la nieve que recién había caido.
Yesterday we spent the day playing in the snow that had just fallen.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I try to read through the spanish sentences first and see if I can comprehend and pick out words! I’m getting slowly better each time you have a new spanish word.
