One thing we love to do is grill and corn is my favorite dish. It was a favorite of my father’s as well and with Father’s Day fast approaching I thought corn would be the best way to go. Even though we don’t really have a reason to celebrate the day anymore we still do and I won’t change that for anything in the world.
This Spicy Grilled Corn recipe I got from the good folks over at BUTTERBALL®. You may remember me telling you that they have an app that is about so much more than just turkey. We already know they are the experts when it comes to that particular food. This app has recipes including some amazing vegetarian ones. Add in the how-to-videos and the coupons and the app is this chica’s new favorite!
Like I said before it is my new favorite tool and this particular Spicy Grilled Corn has been a huge hit around my house. It is the one dish that I am more than certain I will be making for Father’s Day. It will be a really nice side dish to the barbecue I’m certain we will be having. I like to try and make all of my father’s favorite dishes as a way to remember him and all of the wonderful memories I have of him. It is a simple and easy way for me to keep a part of him with me each year.

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.
