SplashID is a Blogger’s Friend

Nov 18, 2014 | Rita

SplashID1
As a blogger I am a member of all sorts of networks and sites not to mention all of the ones that I myself run and mange. That means passwords! Lots and lots of passwords! I never use the same one for all of the various sites and I change them often, monthly in fact. I do this to stay safe (I have been hacked before) but managing all those passwords isn’t easy. That is where SplashID comes in and I must tell you I am loving it!!

There is nothing worst than using apps that don’t work well with my computer! I travel for my work and I need to be able to sync things as I am out and about. SplashID allows me to how to store and sync my records whether with convenient cloud sync, local network Wi-Fi sync, or on-device storage. This is perfect for a blogger because I can have access to all of my information whenever I need it. There is even Touch ID login for iOS and automatic backup means none of data ever gets lost. Which is more than I can say for my previous methods.

I love that I can keep and store more than just passwords not to mention I can customize the record types and the categories to organize my information. If I want to attach a file such as a photo or scan I can. I can also take photos with my phone and store receipts or other information that I need. I can keep a copy of all my tax receipts I need on file and ready for the end of the year. I can even securely share my records and files which is a huge plus. My stuff is shared with my sister in-law who will be the executor of my will if anything happens to me, Knowing that she can access all of my information, passwords, and files easily takes a huge load off of my mind.

SplashID sounds fantastic. My mind is overwhelmed by passwords, usernames and other log in data. I had no idea there was an app out there for this! It would take a load off my mind to have someone/something else remember them for me!
