This post was created in partnership with Quaker. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Most days I like to start the day with a hot breakfast but occasionally there are times when we are running late and all we can do is grab something and run. Quaker Breakfast Shakes are just the thing we need in those moments. They are available in three flavors and are a simple grab and go option.
We recently tried the Chocolate and the Strawberry ones. The chocolate was my favorite but I think it was because I didn’t shake the strawberry one up well enough. I made sure they were nice and cold and was surprised that after one shake I was full and ready for the day. Especially since my body is used to getting more in the mornings. I can see myself buying these and keeping them on hand for those busy mornings. Especially next month when I will only really be cooking for myself for a couple of weeks.
Quaker Breakfast Shakes come in four packs and are blended with whole grain oats not to mention made with made with Quaker oats. Each bottle has 8 grams of whole grain, 10 grams of protein, and 6 grams of fiber! You just can’t beat that!

I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

This would be great for my husband when he doesn’t have time to stop and have breakfast and then stops for something to eat at the local drive thru, this is much healthier

I haven’t heard of these but they would also be wonderful for my husband to grab and go as he’s going out the door for work of a morning! He doesn’t eat breakfast.

There is an Ecuadorian drink, colada de avena, that is made with quaker oats. I’ve made it and love it! also called Cuaker (for quaker oatmeal), typically a kid’s drink!!!!
