I try to start everyday of. The right way but I have learned that starting the week off right is a bit more important. So how do I start the week off right?
First on Sunday night I take a few minutes to get myself into work mode. I take Sundays off so I really relax and need to get into the right frame of mind. I also take some time to ask God to help make the week a good one and to help me make the right decisions and to have a peaceful week.
Monday morning I say my morning prayers and really get myself in the game. Before anyone else gets up I spend a few quiet minutes having my coffee or hot chocolate and just enjoying the quiet and all the blessings that God have me.

Morning quiet time is so important. I think about putting on my “breastplate of steel” to face the day, lol. Sometimes I wish I had a thinker skin so I ask God to help prepare me for the day and to face the hard tasks and to keep me safe.

To get my week started out right I try to focus on my daily tasks and I take a bit of me time in the morning while the kids are still sleeping so I can get that focus. It helps me a lot!
