Stop Comment Follows

A few times I have had a reader email me or leave a comment saying they accidentally subscribed to comments. That means every single time someone leaves a comment they get a notification. So I wanted to let y’all know how to unsubscribe to those quickly.

Don’t worry if you do subscribe and want to stop. I will tell you that I subscribed to all of my comments when I first started. Then I opened my email when I ran my first big giveaway and was floored. I could not believe the sheer number of comments and emails that I got about them. So I stopped following. 

Now I just go through comments a couple of times a week. I deal with spam comments once a week. So if you are receiving a ton of emails about comments from here, I feel your pain. 

When you receive  an email about a comment it will look similar to what you see in the picture above. All you have to do is click SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS and then you can unsubscribe yourself.

When I receive an email or comment form one of you guys I do my best to go through and delete you or unsubscribe you like you ask. The thing is I had a couple of comments today and when I searched for the email addresses given I couldn’t find them anywhere. It could be that they used a different email. Either way I want y’all to have the knowledge of how to unsubscribe yourself if you needed it.
