I began using the Tai Chi App from White Crane Online recently and I have to y’all I am really enjoying it. They were kind enough to give me a membership so I I could really test everything out and this has been one of the easiest things I have ever done.
I have been using it on the Roku in my bedroom but there are plenty of ways you can use this app such as your tablet. The Roku is just what works for me. I decided to give tai chi a go because I was struggling so much with yoga. Yet, I needed something that would help me be a bit more flexible. Someone suggested I give tai chi a try and then this opportunity came along.
I was able to add the app to my television quickly. It took me a couple of minutes to connect everything and get my account set up. It wasn’t difficult but I left my tablet in the living room and had to go get it to give the app permission to work on the television.
Once I was set up I just started with the Eight Pieces of Brocade and worked slowly. I actually did the first lesson everyday for a week until I was certain I was comfortable with it. I will say that I find it peaceful and I feel like I have a bit more flexability.
I mean I’m not running out and turning cartwheels but my arms don’t hurt as much. My legs feel a bit better as well. I have arthritis and this is a low stress way of getting movement without causing too much stress or pain. I am loving it! Every day I get better and better with it. I don’t think I will ever be a master at it but I know that I would be lost without this.
I didn’t think I could do tai chi but with the Tai Chi at Home App I am able to do just that. I don’t have to worry about schedules or anything. I am able to get my workout in on my time and at my convenience.
The Tai Chi at Home App has a huge difference in my daily movement. I feel like I can take on the day ahead better when I do the workout in the morning. It is something that I know I will be keeping up.
