Can I just say that I love the title of this book? It is written by Levi Lusko and is an interactive journey for you to help get into the right mind space so you live the way you want. I was interested in this the moment I read the blurb about the book.
This is a hardback book so it is sturdy enough for you to use it everyday and not worry about cracking or breaking the spine. This book will guide you step by step to get out of your own way. I enjoyed that it has biblical truth but honestly someone who doesn’t believe could still get something from it.
The childlike handwriting in the titles were a bit much for me but they don’t take away anything from the material. I’m just wasn’t crazy about the font used and that is a personal preference and nothing more. Following along with each day there is a chapter with bible references and then a prayer at the end. After that there is a section called Breath, Think, And Live which where you will answer questions and learn more about yourself.
During this stressful time taking a moment to evaluate yourself, where you are going, and where you want to be could be a good think. This book will help you gain that perspective and maybe help you stop stressing so much about every little thing. I plan to get my sister a copy for her birthday because I think she will benefit from this. She has just finished her recovery and floundering a little bit.
This will give her a program to follow and maybe help her get herself back on track. She just doesn’t seem to know what to do with her self. I’m working my way through the forty days as well. While I don’t have some of the things she has going on I thought it would a great way to maybe learn things about myself I didn’t realize. Those things that I maybe never examine too closely.
There is also a Kids PDF 4 day devotional that you may enjoy for your children as well. I know that I am letting the older kids take a look at it and use it. I think it will be useful for them.

I do Not like questions like thiS……….ha ha. It isnt really a hA ha but as you intended im sure i have to look at me. Initially i thought i am not doing anything however i keep things simple. I do not fly off the handle over nothing. Life is too short for that. Ive learned that god has us where we are for a reason so i try to take one day at a time. After saying that, i probably need This book asap.
Sorry for any typos. For whatever reason when i comment on your blog my spell check will not work and every letter is in caps. I believe once i post it, the words are lower case and capitals as nirmal but when commenting they are all caps. Just saying.
