Tea Time with Zest Tea

May 06, 2014 | Rita

Disclosure: I was not financially compensated for this post. I received a sample of the product for review purposes. The opinions are my own, based on my personal experience with the product.

Tea Time with Zest Tea

I love having afternoon tea. I do! It is because after some research I have discovered that afternoon tea means I can eat later without overdoing it. I am not hungry all day. Zest Teas are perfect for afternoon tea because they are so aromatic. They just make you feel good. They do however have more caffeine per cup than any other tea brand so I go easy on the number of cups you drink at a time.

Zest Tea

I received four different teas; Blue Lady Black Tea, Pomegrante Mojito Green Tea, Early Grey Black Tea, and Apple Cinnamon Black Tea. I must say that the Apple Cinnamon Black Tea was my favorite because it smells divine and is light. I like having lighter teas in the afternoon because I have found that they don’t make me sleepy. I know that makes no sense because in the end it is all about how you brew it but try a few different teas and you will understand what I mean. Some are just lighter.

Tea Sachets

I love the tea bag of Zest Tea, it is more a silk covering than the traditional tea bag. There is no string but I have found they don’t fall apart as easily as traditional ones and they work really well in a tea pot.

Do you drink tea? What is your favorite flavor?

I do love drinking hot tea. The Apple Cinnamon Black Tea does sounds really good. I like the tea served at Chinese restaurants, not sure what kind that is. I usually use Twinings Earl Grey Tea.

I mostly drink coffee but in the winter I like to drink caffeine free tea in the evenings. These sound delicious and I like to try new products.

Ooh, this looks like high end stuff! I love tea. I drink it all day and enjoy finding new varieties. I often prefer it to coffee, truth be told.

A tea store opened up in our area and it has been quite an experience I had no idea teas could taste so good. I don’t have a favorite, but I found I liked one that had a combination of tangerine and ginger, even though I’m typically fond of ginger. These sound wonderful!
