This Thanksgiving as we all sit down to enjoy our meals and offer thanks what will you be thankful for?
I wish I could say I had this huge list but to be honest I am thankful for my kids and that I am alive. I am thankful for my family and that I have a job I allows me to live the life I lead.
That is it this year but its okay as long as I am thankful that is all that matters and maybe next Thanksgiving there will be even more to be thankful for. Enjoy your day!
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I am thankful that my children, grandkids, mother, brother and friends are all well. That we are all doing good and life is going good for all.

I think the fact that you are thankful says it all. It doesn’t matter how little you are thankful for, just that you are. And to be honest family and life are no small things to be thankful for. I am thankful for my family and friends ( online and IRL who are the family of my heart). I am thankful for a roof over our heads and food in our bellies. I am thankful to have befriended you, you are a positive influence in my life when so many others are not.

I am thankful for you as well. You keep me going on so many days when I would give up!

I’m also thankful for having another holiday with Mom and Dad, I treasure each one, so many of my friends have lost their parents, I’m blessed everyday with their touch and their daily phone calls, I love them!

This year I am thankful for my family. I am also very thankful for another holiday with my mother, whose health is not great. I have learned a lot this year about being thankful for the little things and not taking each day for granted.
Wendy T says
I am thankful for the eleven years and 49 weeks I was able to be my daughter’s mother on this earth. I look forward to eternity, and always count her life and love as one of my biggest blessings.
Next of course comes my son and his love and the direction our relationship has gone in in the latter part of this year. For that, I am very thankful and look forward to our Christmas once in a lifetime trip together soon.

I just made myself emotional.

Those are all great things to be thankful for. I am also thankful for my boys and my husband. I am thankful for a great family and wonderful mom. I am thankful for my job and my husband’s job and our ability to provide for our family.
Deb Dianne says
I think about safety with the weather a lot so I’m glad we have had safe weather (just some rain) and pray for those dealing their weather disasters. I hope they have found shelter especially for the holidays, which probably means little without the basics like shelter.
Robin Wilson says
Even if you don’t find one more thing next year, your list is huge! I am thankful that I am not spending the holidays sick in bed like last year. I hope that the same will be true for Christmas. I don’t want to be sick again.
Denise Taylor-Dennis says
I am thankful for Jesus dying on the cross most of all. In addition to that I am thankful for my family, job and health,

im definitely thankful for a lot of things this year but the biggest is proably the fact that we finally got a diagnosis for my daughter and she was successfully treated and is doing so much better.. that alone is huge as my daughter has struggled for soo long.
Jean says
Your list may be short but those are some excellent things to have and to be thankful for. I am thankful for my family, especially that my 81 year old father is a daily part of our lives. He is the sweetest grandpa to my girls!

I am thankful for my family and my husband. It has been a rough year, but those are the two things I am thankful for.

With so much trouble yet with the economy I am thankful my husband has a good job, my children and grandchildren are healthy and older kids have jobs, and we have a home that is warm and full of family laughs and love, alone with the usual angsts and some poor health on my part that just makes you thankful to be alive to witness each day!
