Thanks and Prayers for 1/18/15

Jan 18, 2015 | Rita

Weekly Thanks and Prayer Requests
A full week into the new year finally and I have struggled a bit with my fitness goals. I was doing really well but then on Friday I just didn’t have the energy to do any of it. I am not sure if it was I was just simply tired or just one of those things. There is no telling but I forced myself to do it and I am glad that I did.

I am thankful

that this week is almost over! I managed to pick up the flu and feel awful not to mention that there has been a few days this week that have been rough. I locked my keys in the car and had to walk home, the Sears repair man wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for a brand new dryer that I have had for a couple of weeks, and I had a telemarketer call me a BLEEP among other things.

I need prayers

actually this week I don’t feel as though I need anything special. While it wasn’t the best week it truly wasn’t the worst.

Please leave your thanks and prayer request below so we can share your joy or help you through your pain.

The weekend didn’t improve at all. I actually wrote this on Thursday but should have waited since my sister ended up having emergency surgery.

I hate when I have weeks like that. When you feel like you are just keeping your head above water. You start to wonder why it always has to be a struggle. I hope you start to feel better soon and the new week goes much better.

As for prayers this week, I would love a few sent my mother’s way. She has been struggling with a very bad cold which as triggered her asthma. Thank you! As always you are all in my prayers.
