Thanks and Prayers for 2/1/15

Weekly Thanks and Prayer Requests
This past week has been a rather full for me. My sister had to have surgery and then one of my best friends from high school passed away. It was very sudden and really hit me hard. It brought home just how fragile life truly is.

I am thankful 

the moments I had this past week for myself.  I took a few moments each day this week just for myself to center and ground myself a bit. It truly helped me more than you can know.

I need prayers 

actually this week I don’t feel as though I need anything special. While it wasn’t the best week it truly wasn’t the worst. I really felt God’s presence this week as if he knew I needed it.
