Did I get your attention? Let me tell you a funny story about how I first met my sister-in-law’s aunt. It was actually at her baby shower that she had. My mother had sat next to me through most of the shower but at the end when everyone was up and eating she stepped outside for some air. Now I only knew a handful of people at the shower so when this lady sat down next to me and started talking I was thrilled. I hate sitting alone in a room full of people I don’t know. Her first question to me wasn’t who I was or how I knew anyone. It was “Have you ever had your colon cleansed?” Needless to say I was speechless and later learned this was the crazy aunt. That conversation got me wondering what all of that really was and that led me to Oxy Powder.
So I started doing some research and came across several different articles and tons of information. I was interested because you all know how important my health is to me now. It took me a while to get through all of the information and my first thought was what the heck was oxy powder anyway. Well it is simply put a colon cleanse powder in a capsule. Now there is much more to it than that but that is simply the best answer I have. As someone who has all sorts of gastro issues I was intrigued. There was so much information out there that I didn’t know what to believe or not.
Then I came across The Finchley Clinic and found that they not only had some really great products that I could check out such as oxy powder which is something that I placed an order for but there was also plenty of information for me. Information that I needed in order to make an informed decision about whether I or not I would be giving a colon cleanse a go. I enjoyed all of the help related articles over on their blog and hearing that my brain and gut health are actually working together made me feel so much better about my health. If you had the stomach issues that I had you would be thrilled for any sort of help as well.
I live in a small Georgia town that you most likely have never heard of and I LOVE it! My house is more than full as I am a single mother of four & caregiver to my aging mother and uncle. Lover of all things Outlander. Goes to the beat of her own drum woman.

I have of course heard about colon cleanses, but have never tried one. I have always wondered if they worked or not, or you just went to the bathroom a loot. I will look more into it, to find out more.

I have heard of doing a cleanse but still not sold on it enough to do one myself.

I’ve always been kind of skeptical about things like colon cleanses. I suppose they work for some people, but I’m not sure I’d be willing to give it a try without a good reason. Interesting, though.

I have heard of colon cleansers, actually tried one many years ago. It was a series of vitamins and following a special diet. It was easy, however, when I went for my yearly checkup, my sodium levels were really low. My doctor suggested not to do it and probably won’t again. 🙂

I just had a friend talking about doing this. I told her to get more information – both sides before trying.

I’ve never had digestive problems so haven’t given much thought to this.

That is pretty hilarious that you got that question for your first introduction, lol. So funny! I have only recently had some issues because I had my wisdom teeth removed and I have been on a narcotic pain pill for 1 week ( I never take pain pills but this surgery was HORRID).. so it’s safe to say my digestive tract has hated me and it was been pretty crappy.. no pun intended 😉 I will definitely check out the links you recommend as I think this might be helpful to me!

I am hoping for an update if this really works. I don’t thnk it would, I mean it might clean you out for a brief time, but it wouldnt stay that way. I would just eat prunes and stay on a clear liquid diet for a day or two and it would basically do the same. OR get a colonoscopy , I am telling you that will clear you out!
